To ensure safe and reliable performance, it is crucial that rupture discs and holders are installed correctly between flanges. To facilitate this, our user-friendly System Loc tool ensures proper installation without the need to drill into the flanges.

The System Loc tool consists of a sturdy carbon steel elbow bracket mounted on the inlet mating flange with a shear head bolt replacing the drilling component. The steel elbow fits snugly into a groove machined into the inlet of the rupture disc holder.

This eliminates safety concerns associated with improper holder installation and eliminates the risk of invalidating flange warranties or damaging the flanges through drilling.

We provide System Loc for both forward and reverse-acting holders and to fit multiple flange ratings. Each System Loc size is color-coded with a different color to further minimize the risk of human error during installation.

Another benefit of the tool is that it remains securely attached to the flange throughout its useful life. This means that it not only ensures improved installation initially, but also ongoing safety after maintenance and/or rupture disc replacement.
