OsecoElfab’s spacers use a standard ferrule connection instead of a proprietary holder. These spacers can be utilized to position sensors downstream of a rupture disc when a separate rupture disc and sensor are required.

Made from 316L Stainless Steel, OsecoElfab’s spacers come with a standard 20 Ra finish on the inside diameter and a 32 Ra finish on the outside diameter. They have a rating of up to 1500 psig and 900° F (tube rating only derates to fitting and gasket capability). Each part comes marked with lot/heat numbers for traceability, and electropolishing is available.

Sizes range from 1″ to 4″, with spacer length designed to match the most commonly used industry holder sizes. Custom sizes are available upon request, and each spacer includes two OsecoElfab Tri-Clamps.
