QS-1800A (VIPER®)

An updated faster version of the typical antiquated manual 1400. The Viper® sits on the ground and builds pressure by pumping the foot pedal to allow for hands free operation.

QS-2000A Air/Hydraulic

The fastest and most durable gun in its class, the QS-2000A will inject an entire stick of grease in as little as 60 seconds.

QS-2200A Electric/Hydraulic

Run by rechargeable battery powered hydraulic pump, this unit gives you complete mobility by eliminating the need for an air supply.

QS-5000-C Air/Hydraulic

The outdated 1400 has been the industry standard for years. Although as more advanced equipment has hit the market, this model is still used, but slowly becoming obsolete.

1000A-31GB

Simple and easy to use, this screw prime lubrication gun is commonly found in the oilfield. Only use “K” size stick. (Part #1000-31B)

6268A-13-G

Similar to the 1000A-31GB, the 6268A-13-G has a 15,000 PSI rating and is typically found in the oilfield. Only use “K” size stick. (Part #6268A-13)

MM (Mini-Mite)

The “Mini-mite” allows you to quickly inject “B” size sticks into stop cock valves. Also available with hose (MM-1) or with hose and giant buttonhead coupler (MM-1-27).

CT-LOADER (Big Grip)

The “Big Grip” cartridge loader makes it easier and more convenient to load cartridges of lube sealant and lubricants.

It injects one ounce every 11 strokes compared to the 1400 which requires 44 strokes to move one ounce. The QS-2000A AIR/HYDRAULIC is the fastest and most durable gun in its class, injecting an entire stick of grease in as little as 60 seconds. The QS-5000-C AIR/HYDRAULIC, run by rechargeable battery-powered hydraulic pump, eliminates the need for an air supply and comes with alligator clips to keep greasing once the battery life expires. The Val-Tex QS-5000-C has the largest stick lube sealant capacity in the industry.
